Welcome to Easy Drive Academy. By using our services or registering for a course, you agree to the following terms:

1. Registration and Payment

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot in the Driver Education Course.

• Full payment is required for Defensive Driving and Private Lessons at the time of registration.

• Payment plans may be available, but full payment must be made before in-car lessons begin.

2. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Cancellations or non-attendance result in a full charge of the course.

• Rescheduling in-car lessons requires at least 72 hours’ notice.

• Late cancellations or no-shows incur a $100 rescheduling fee (plus tax).

3. Course Completion Requirements

• Online e-Learning must be completed within 6 months of registration. A $100 fee applies after that.

• The full program must be completed within 1 year. Failure to do so will result in disqualification and require full re-registration.

4. Course Changes or Cancellations by Us

• Easy Drive Academy may cancel or reschedule classes due to weather, low enrollment, or other factors.

• We will notify students of changes in advance whenever possible.

5. Liability

• Easy Drive Academy is not responsible for personal belongings lost or damaged during lessons.

• All students must follow road safety laws and instructor directions at all times.

6. Privacy

• Student information will be used only for course purposes and will not be shared without consent.
